The RAN YOUNG Empowerment Academy (RYEA) held its third session on 10 and 11 September in Madrid: This session focused on the progress of each team by sharing successes and challenges. In several exercises they learnt from each other by using advising and coaching skills.
The aim of this session was to work on the participants’ personal and skills empowerment. This paper describes several tools and methods that have proven helpful when working in a team or when an initiative is aimed at groups of people. Read more
