The programme "Prevention, Preparedness and Consequence Management or Terrorism and other Security-related risks" (CIPS) 2007-2013 aimed at:
- contributing to support Member States' efforts to prevent, prepare for, and to protect people and critical infrastructure against terrorist attacks and other security-related incidents,
- contributing to ensuring protection in the areas such as the crisis management, environment, public health, transport, research and technological development and economic and social cohesion, in the field of terrorism and other security-related risks within the area of freedom, security and justice.
The evaluation will examine the results and impacts of actions co-financed by the CIPS programme 2007-2013 and assess the programme's relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence and EU added value.
