JobRoad is an non-profit organisation based in Belgium. Through its EU-funded project “Refugees2Work” it has developed a unique approach to orient refugees towards sustainable employment. This has led to the formation of local networks around reception centres and is helping address skill shortages.

This call is part of the activities foreseen in the Thematic Facility Work Programme 2023 – 2025, under the Internal Security Fund.

The goal of the meeting is to explore what synergies exist and can be harnessed between rehabilitation and the wider field of conflict resolution, including but not limited to peacebuilding, mediation, and restorative justice.
