The start of the year has seen a number of network members join us for a series of webinars on ‘hybrid ideologies’, a topic of particular interest and concern to practitioners across the network. With the first in-person events of the year and Working Group meetings taking place over the coming weeks, we take a quick look back at 2022, to remind ourselves of some of the challenges that were faced and some of the projects that were delivered.

We also look ahead at some of the key activities taking place over the coming months. The first of these is the European Remembrance Day for Victims of Terrorism. In this Update, therefore, we feature again the latest publication of the Spotlight magazine, and the latest episodes of The View, Special Report and RAN Reporters programmes, and we provide information about the Remembrance Day and all other upcoming events.
