Thematic Panel 7 - Annual work programme 2026

TP7 examines how global and geopolitical developments, undesirable foreign influence (UFI) and undesirable foreign funding (UFF) shape radicalisation risks inside the EU, and what prevention and safeguarding actors can do about it. In practice, TP7 operates as a bridge: translating geopolitical and intelligence-grade risk analysis into prevention-ready, rights-based guidance that is usable by EU institutions, Member States and local practitioners.
