EMN Spain national conference: Youth, Integration and Civic Participation - Challenges and Opportunities

The growing diversity of European societies has made the integration of migrants and people with a migrant background a key priority for inclusion and social cohesion policies. In this context, young migrants and young people with a migrant background play a central role, as they are an integral part of the new generations shaping the present and future of European societies. While European and national initiatives have contributed to significant progress in promoting equal opportunities and participation, challenges related to education, employment, discrimination and hate speech remain. The conference will explore these challenges and highlight good practices that support inclusion, active citizenship and social cohesion.
