Further to discussions held in March 2018 about possible links among the Community of Users (CoUs) and national initiatives and networks, the “Community of European Research and Innovation for Security (CERIS)” is now exploring how such links (with existing or envisaged initiatives) could be established in practice within the Strengthened Security Research and Innovation (SSRI) Thematic Area of the Horizon Europe Civil Security for Society Programme. In this respect, National initiatives (either existing or in development) and other community-building actions will be presented, which will be followed by brainstorming discussions about the added value of such initiatives and their interactions with CERIS developments from 2022 onward. The meeting will take place on the 28th June 2021 from 10 to 12h30 CET
