The project aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of third-country nationals to support their integration in Luxembourg.
It seeks to improve participants’ understanding of the country’s socio-economic and administrative systems, while also combating misinformation and promoting administrative and civic empowerment, particularly among people in vulnerable situations.
Who benefits
The project primarily benefits third-country nationals (TCNs), in particular applicants for international protection, beneficiaries of international protection and beneficiaries of temporary protection.
How it works
The project is delivered through a structured training programme organised around 3 main pillars:
- employability
- access to housing
- administrative and civic empowerment
Training is provided by specialised partner organisations, ensuring targeted expertise across each area:
- RYSE delivers modules on employability
- Mieterschutz (Tenants’ Protection Association) provides training on access to housing
- Passerell covers legal topics (including the right to work) as well as administrative and civic empowerment

Results
So far, 27 training sessions delivered across 4 cities and 362 participants reached in total.
Evaluation
91% of participants considered the training useful for their integration, according to internal feedback.
Funding and resources
The project is co-financed by the AMIF fund via the European Commission and the Ministry of Family, Solidarity, Living-together and Hospitality. Project activities are carried out by the Passerell Association.
