Compilations of Member States Notifications under Article 53-1 of the Visa Code

Further to Article 53 (1) of the Visa Code, Member States are to notify the Commission of the following:

• list of third countries whose nationals are subject to hold airport transit visa requirement when passing through the international transit areas of airports situated on the territory of individual Member States
• list of third countries whose nationals or specific categories of such nationals subject to prior consultation
• list of third countries for whose nationals or specific categories of such nationals ex-post information is required
• Member States' additional entries in the "comments" section of the visa sticker
• List of Member States' authorities competent for extending the period of validity and/or the period of stay of an issued visa
• Member States consular presence
• national forms for proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation:
