European Drug Report 2021: launch by Commissioner Johansson and EMCDDA

On Wednesday, June 9, Commissioner for Home Affairs Ylva Johansson will participate in the virtual launch of the European Drug Report 2021. She will be joined by Laura d’Arrigo, Chair of the Management Board of the of the EU Drugs Agency (EMCDDA), and the agency’s Director, Alexis Goosdeel. A Q&A session for registered journalists will follow after the opening speeches.

The European Drug Report 2021, available in 24 languages, features a comprehensive analysis of recent drug use and market trends across the EU, Turkey and Norway. Accompanying the report will be the 2021 Statistical Bulletin, containing the European dataset underpinning the analysis and a review on new benzodiazepines in Europe.
