In the context of international protection, the full set of measures, facilities and services implemented to ensure that applicants for international protection benefit from their rights laid down in Directive 2013/33/EU( Recast Reception Conditions Directive), from the moment of making the application until a final decision is taken and to ensure a dignified standard of living and comparable living conditions in all EU Member States.
