DescriptionThe toolkit provides a methodology and steps to effectively use the risk map in two ways: 1) producing risk assessments and 2) producing resilience assessments and mitigation plans. Moreover, the toolkit includes tips and suggestions for policy makers and practitioners in order to enhance their abilities for prevention politics and resilience initiatives.
