Description:

Drawing on interviews with CT practitioners, the webinar focuses on examined perceptions of whether neurodivergent people are more vulnerable to exploitation by online algorithms promoting extremist content. Despite not finding any causal link, practitioners consistently frame neurodivergency as a vulnerability to self-radicalisation via online algorithms. This webinar discussess the implication of this, including remarks on the critical need for specialist neurodiversity training across CT and other partner agencies.
