Based on interviews with practitioners from 14 programmes across seven countries, the study highlights the diversity in programme structures, goals, and methodologies. Key findings include inconsistent use of risk and needs assessment tools, unstructured evaluation practices, and varying approaches to ideology and participant engagement. The study underscores the need for standardized evaluation methods, improved follow-up strategies, and multi-agency collaboration to enhance programme effectiveness and ensure long-term success.
