This dissertation aims to analyse the counter-terrorism model allowed by the Constitutions of these countries, detecting constraints (measures that can be implemented sparingly to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in preventing and repressing terrorism) and establishing limits (lines that should not be crossed because they would mean trampling on the democratic rule of law).
