This report examines trends in violent extremist propaganda in Albania and assesses how authorities and stakeholders develop and implement strategic communication to counter and prevent violent extremism. Drawing on interviews and focus groups with state officials, civil society and practitioners, it analyses institutional coordination, messaging channels and capacities, and identifies obstacles and recommendations for more effective tailored public communication as part of the national P/CVE framework, making it relevant for policymakers and practitioners engaged in evidence‑based strategic communication planning.
