This policy brief examines emerging trends in online youth radicalisation in the Netherlands based on insights from 50 practitioners, policymakers, academics, and law enforcement professionals. It recommends developmentally sensitive and non-securitised prevention approaches, including digital media literacy, peer-led initiatives, and targeted support for vulnerable youth, particularly those experiencing social isolation, identity challenges, or neurodivergence.
