Call for expression of interest to provide technical support to the Urban Agenda Partnership on the Inclusion of Migrants and Refugees

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Migration and Home-Affairs, is planning to launch a procurement procedure for a middle-value contract (not exceeding EUR 135,000) to provide technical support to the Urban Agenda Partnership on the Inclusion of Migrants and Refugees.

The Partnership was launched in 2016 under the Urban Agenda for the EU to bring together EU institutions, Member States, cities and civil society organisations to put in place joint actions to improve migrants inclusion. It is coordinated by the city of Amsterdam and the Directorate General for Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission.

The objective of this contract is to provide administrative support, strategic guidance and technical expertise to support the work of the Partnership in 2020 and 2021. The contractor should support the coordinators of the partnership - the Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission and the city of Amsterdam - in the management of the Partnership as well as the Partnership as a whole in the definition of its Action Plan and the implementation of the actions. The contract will also include providing ad hoc expertise on various aspects of integration (such as integration into the labour market, education, access to health etc.) to support the work of the Partnership.
